Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before the first event.

Files, compatibility, proofing, pricing and usage rights—without vague promises.

Do I need Photoshop, Canva or design experience?

No. The event brief, direction choice, wording, colours, proof and export are handled in Studio. The exported PNG does not require font installation.

What exactly is included in one event pack?

One selected print layout for one event, plus its transparent overlay PNG, client proof, matching welcome/share graphics, validation and setup notes. A PSD, Canva file and proprietary booth-software project are not included.

Are the photo openings genuinely transparent?

Candidate overlays are decoded and checked internally. The core of every specified opening must have alpha exactly zero before the file is offered for field testing.

Does it work with every booth application and printer?

No universal compatibility claim is made. Application workflow, output profile, printer driver and crop settings are separate. Always complete an import, test capture and physical print on the event setup.

Why mention LumaBooth, dslrBooth, Darkroom and Breeze?

Operators often identify their setup by software name. We organise platform-specific PNG setup guidance that way; it does not mean we supply a native project file, have an endorsement or have verified every software version.

Can a client review the design?

Yes. Share a private proof link for approval or one consolidated change request. The response is recorded against that proof revision.

What rights do I receive?

Reviewed launch terms will define event and client use of paid exports. You must have permission for logos and assets you upload. The test pack is for evaluation only and generated artwork is not described as unique, exclusive or copyright-protected.

Can I keep using a paid export after cancellation?

The intended policy is that a legitimately paid event export remains usable for that client and event after cancellation. Final launch terms must be reviewed before production rights are granted.

What happens if generation or validation fails?

A technical failure or safety refusal does not consume your event-pack allowance.

How quickly will it be ready?

We do not publish a completion-time promise yet. A time claim will only be added after representative paid-pilot evidence supports it.
